leave out from 'House' to end and add 'notes that both Devonport Management Limited and Rosyth's manager,Babcock Thorn, were given until 10th December to refine their proposals to refit Trident, that Babcock Thorn Limited were told by the Ministry of Defence that they must provide as much information as possible on their new proposals by 10th December, and that after 10th December the Ministry of Defence would be unable to accept any further proposals about nuclear facilities from either DML or BTL; rejects any notion that one party in a tender situation should be given unfair advantage over another by having deadlines continually extending; and invites the Secretary of State for Defence to confirm that the bid from DML is in the best interests of the tax payer and the nation'.
