Leicester Victims Of Crime Support Scheme

That this House applauds the work done by support groups for victims of crime; notes with alarm that the Leicester Victims of Crime Support Scheme will soon be forced to abandon the needs of the more than 600 persons it helps each month as funding for the project director has now been withdrawn; and calls for an immediate restoration of this funding and an increase of financial assistance for support groups for victims of crime.
