leave out from 'House' to end and add 'welcomes the measures taken by the Turkish Government to recognise the rights of citizens of Kurdish origin; notes that all restrictions on the use of Kurdish dialects - imposed during the internal unrest in the early 1980s - have been lifted and that Kurdish newspapers and magazines are freely published; welcomes the establishment of the Kurdish Institute in Istanbul; further welcomes the participation of Turkish citizens of Kurdish origin in the social, economic and political life of turkey including serving as Members of Parliament; and believes that the Turkish Government must remain strong in the face of PKK terrorists whose aim is to destroy the territorial integrity of Turkey through violence and bloodshed.'.
