That this House welcomes the visit of Mr Milan Panic, Prime Minister of Yugoslavia, to the Houses of Parliament when he addressed an all-party meeting with representatives from both Houses; recognises his courage and determination to condemn the killings and ethnic cleansing throughout former Yugoslavia; notes his commitment that the current Yugoslav frontiers should be retained in a final peace settlement; and welcomes his dedication to work towards a democratic solution in his own country.
