leave out from 'House' to end and add 'notes with approval the steps taken by the Secretary of State for Wales to help farmers cope with the demands of the Integrated Administration and Control System including over 200 free clinics arranged by ADAS at Welsh Office expense at which guidance has so far been given to over 6,000 farmers, Freefone helplines in all the divisional offices of the Department, sale by the Welsh Office of copies of Ordnance Survey maps, access for farmers to maps held at divisional offices so that essential information may be obtained and requests other bodies in Wales holding such maps similarly to give farmers viewing access to them; and congratulates the Secretary of State on having taken measures, many of them specific to Wales, aimed at overcoming the difficulties associated with the introduction of IACS.'.
