That this House congratulates Manchester United, its supporters in Manchester and all over the world, on winning the Premier League; places on record its recognition of the achievements of the players, the manager, Alex Ferguson, and the Chairman and especially notes that the first ever Premier League Championship was won in the style of, and the traditions established by, Sir Matt Busby, whose endeavours established the club in the respect and affections of football supporters everywhere.
