leave out from 'House' to end and add 'recognises that many people in former Eastern Germany were educated in the misbelief that socialism offered answers to people's problems: notes that many such people need to be given the opportunity to understand the real world of free markets and democracy; and believes that all individuals who were genuinely reluctant followers of the previous corrupt socialist regime should be treated with understanding and given an opportunity to correct their mistakes, whilst those who were willing and active followers of the corrupt socialism followed in East Germany should be investigated by the authorities for possible abuse of human rights.'.
