Lord Stevens, The Daily Star, & Telephone Sexlines

That this House believes that Lord Stevens of Ludgate, the proprietor of the Daily Star newspaper should, as an act of faith, anticipate the ICSTIS ban on telephone sexline advertising from 1st January 1994 and act to ban such advertisements forthwith.
