That this House contrasts the anxiety of the Government to move thousands of civil servants to bale out the subsidy junkies of the Docklands with the reluctance of Ministers to honour the pre-election pledge to move some 80 from Petroleum Engineering Department jobs opposite Buckingham Palace to the centre of the oil industry in Aberdeen.'.
