That this House calls for a full inquiry into allegations that Westminster Council's Tory Group and a public relations firm, Marketforce Communications, organised a series of dirty tricks against the Labour Party and housing campaigners before the last local elections; and notes that these dirty tricks included distributing a fake leaflet smearing Labour group leader Paul Dimoldenberg, compiling detailed dossiers on Labour councillors and members of community organisations detailing their financial background and non-political interests, and other underhand activities to undermine the Labour election campaign.
