at end add 'and believes further that the Government should henceforth drop its futile pretence that private sector funding has been found to cover 20 per cent. of the cost of the Jubilee Line, when the truth is that the majority of the so-called private sector finance will be provided by the government-guaranteed funds from the European Investment Bank, less private than which it is impossible to find.'.
