Prisoner Paul Malone

That this House draws to the attention of the Secretary of State for the Home Department the case of Paul Malone who has served 6 and a half years of a 15 year sentence following a robbery in Ellesmere Port; and asks the Secretary of State for the Home Department, as a matter of urgency, to review the case in the light of fresh forensic evidence.
