That this House notes the National Audit Office report on the Probate Registries in England & Wales highlighting the effective service they provide; further notes the Press notice issued by the Lord Chancellor emphasising their effective services with grant applications dealt with promptly, accurately and sympathetically; and congratulates all of the staff involved in maintaining such an excellent quality of service.
