Overseas Aid

That this House appreciates the continuation of the level of official overseas aid; acknowledges the expression of concern from the public over rumours that it might have been cut; desires increases towards meeting the Government's endorsed target; and invites those who had been worried to write appropriately to the Prime Minister, the Chancellor and the Foreign and Commonwealth Secretary.
