Democracy And Military Rule In Nigeria (No. 2)

That this House condemns the arrest in Lagos of Chief Moshood Abiola by the unelected military regime; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to join those who are demanding his immediate release and the prompt return to democratic civilian rule in Nigeria.
