That this House notes with concern the allegation made in the Evening Standard on Monday 24th October that the promoters of the Ebbsfleet Channel Tunnel Rail Link Parkway Station had an unfair advantage in communicating their case to Ministers; and calls upon the Secretary of State for Transport to confirm that no final decision has yet been taken on whether or not there should be an international passenger station at Stratford.
