leave out from `Bath' to end and add `regrets the decision relating to these re-locations with a consequent loss of jobs in Yorkshire whilst respecting the need for rationalisation in the current world climate; recalls the policy of the Labour Party to cut defence when it was most needed; and calls upon the Secretary of State for Defence to make use of existing MOD buildings in Yorkshire for other purposes whether in the MOD or other Departments.'.
