That this House notes with pleasure the individual national training award awarded to Chris Dudgeon, a grinding shop engineer employed by NSK Bearings, which is located in Peterlee, County Durham; notes that his efforts at self inprovement were recognised by the Secretary of State for Employment at a ceremony in London on 13th December and that this is the second successive year that NSK Bearings has won a national training award; and congratulates NSK Bearings and Chris Dudgeon upon this remarkable achievement.
