No Win No Fee Regulations

That this House welcomes the decision by Her Majesty's Government to allow lawyers to take cases on a 'no win no fee' basis in England and Wales; congratulates the Lord Chancellor on his initiative; and urges Her Majesty's Government to make immediate provisions for the regulations to apply in Northern Ireland and Scotland.
