Vigil At The Saudi Arabian Embassy

That this House notes with concern the vigil outside the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Mayfair, on 21st April organised by the Committee for the Defence of Legitimate Rights held to protest against the continuing repression against political opposition, demanding democracy and human rights in Saudi Arabia; expresses its solidarity with all political prisoners in Saudi jails; supports the International Day of Solidarity with the scholars of the Arabian Peninsula; and calls upon the Royal Dictatorship of Saudi Arabia to release immediately all political detainees.
