Mrs Barbara Falconer And South Devon Health Care Trust

That this House calls upon the Secretary of State for Health to make a public apology for the abuse of, and offence caused to, Mrs Barbara Falconer by the South Devon Health Care Trust following the death of her son in circumstances in which the inquest jury found misadventure with neglect; and further calls for the dismissal of the Chairman and Chief Executive without compensation for the attempt to get Mrs Falconer to sign a statement clearing the trust of blame as a condition for payment of compensation.
