Blackburn Rovers And FA Carling Premiership (No. 2)

That this House congratulates Blackburn Rovers on their magnificent achievement in winning the Carling Premier League; recognises that this is good news for Lancashire, and North East Lancashire in particular; and hopes that very soon Burnley FC are battling with Blackburn Rovers in the Premier Division for honours and that a spirit of mutual recognition between the two groups of loyal fans will replace over 100 years of hostility.
