Supporting The Rail Workers

EDM number 1357 in 1994-95, proposed by Dennis Skinner on 05/07/1995.

That this House supports the rail workers who have voted overwhelmingly to take industrial action in support of their pay claim; and calls upon British Rail and other employers to accept this legitimate claim which falls well short of the massive pay awards which rail bosses have already awarded themselves.
