Medical Treatment For Mohammed Yasim Malik

That this House notes with concern that Mohammed Yasmim Malik, President of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, is suffering from cardiac and kidney ailments and requires urgent medical treatment, availalble neither in Indian-held Jammu and Kashmir nor in India itself; therefore urges the Government to exert pressure on the Government of India to issue the appropriate document to Mr Malik to enable him to travel to Western Europe to receive the medical treatmentessential to his recovery.
