Removal Of Bull Bars

That this House congratulates the company DHL for removing bull bars from its 300 vehicles; notes the research from Australia which proves that bull bars pose an increased risk to drivers and passengers in vehicles fitted with them; further notes that the Minister for Transport has admitted that bull bars 'can ... be dangerous'; and calls upon the Government to protect the public from this danger by banning these macho accessories.
