Conduct Of The Right Honourable Member For City Of London And Westminster South

EDM number 1565 in 1994-95, proposed by Ken Livingstone on 01/11/1995.

That this House expresses its concern that the Right honourable Member for City of London and Westminster South has declined to reply to a letter from his constituent, Mr Peter Bradley, dated 7th June 1995, despite two further letters asking the Right honourable Member for a reply; notes that Mr Bradley's letter raised important issues regarding the Right honourable Member's support for Westminster Conservative councillors campaign to discredit the Audit Commission and the District Auditor, who had provisionally found that Westminster Conservatives have misused ú30 million on gerrymandering policies; and calls on the Right honourable Member to clarify his position.

This motion has been signed by a total of 5 MPs.
