That this House urges the Secretary of State for the Home Department to respond positively and urgently to the recent High Court judgment in relation to the case of Abdul Qayyum Raja and Mohammed Riaz; further urges the Home Secretary to reduce the tariff sentences he imposed on both men; believes both men have been unjustly and unfairly treated as the High Court judges made clear in their judgment; and believes both men should now be released from prison without undue delay.
