Companies House

EDM number 609 in 1994-95, proposed by Peter Bottomley on 14/02/1995.

That this House notes the explanation by the Registrar of Companies House, that the management control basis of calculating sickness absence produces a lower and more representative rate than the standard Civil Service-wide definition, and acknowledges that the honourable Member for Eltham should have checked with the Registrar before wrongly suggesting that Companies House staff required an occupational health assessment.

This motion has been signed by a total of 3 MPs.
