leave out from `House' to end and add ` notes that the Scottish National Party councillors habitually vote with the Tories in Dumbarton District and in the run up to the last local elections ran a de facto joint Tory/SNP administration; is aware that the original list of all possible sites for the new Sheriff Court which was presented to the Scottish Courts Administration by Dumbarton District Council included the Dumbarton Common Land Site; further notes that the unanimous decision by the Council to include the common site on the list was supported by all of the SNP councillors and when the SNP voted to build an indoor bowling green on Dumbarton Common previously, they did so without calling for a town referendum on the matter; deplores the double standards employed by the SNP on the issue of referenda which reveals a readiness to abandon principle in favour of political advantage; and expresses amazement at the gullibilty of members of the SNP in supporting the call for a town referendum when the local SNP councillors voted in favour of proposing the common as a site for the Sheriff Court.'.
