Unsolved Death Of Mr Willie Mcrae

EDM number 915 in 1994-95, proposed by George Galloway on 28/03/1995.

That this House expresses its disquiet upon the emerging new evidence about the strange death of Mr Willie McRae, prominent Scottish lawyer and leading Scottish Nationalist, whose body was found with a bullet in his brain near the shores of Loch Loyne, off the A87 on Saturday 6th April 1985; and calls upon the Lord Advocate to order the Procurator Fiscal to hold an Inquiry into the unsolved death of Mr Willie McRae.
