That this House notes that the honourable Member for Kilmarnock and Loudoun occupied a front bench position during the Scottish Grand Committee meeting in Perth on Monday 17th June; further notes that he made the wind-up speech on behalf of the opposition and failed to acknowledge that he had put in jeopardy his position as Chairman of the Scottish Affairs Select Committee; and calls upon him to consider his position.
