Flying The Saltire

That this House notes that the Saltire is flown from public buildings in Scotland on the birthdays of the Duke of York, the Prince Edward, HM the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Princess Royal, the Princess Margaret, the Princess of Wales, HM the Queen Mother and the Prince of Wales; and believes this list should be reviewed to include Robert Burns and other notable Scotsmen and women, from the nation's past.
