That this House applauds the prophetic article in the New York Times that hailed Newport, Gwent, as the home of an exceptionally vibrant musical life which is likely to become the new Seattle through a growing recognition of the top quality of Newport groups including 60ft Dolls, Flyscreen, Dererro, Novocaine, Rollerco, Give Me Memphis, 2$ Hooker, Armstrong, Membo Jet, Disco, Five Darrens, Jester, Ninja, Swerve and Choke Teens.
