Government Expenditure In Wales 1993/4

That this House regrets and condemns the unwarranted attacks by Her Majesty's Opposition on the integrity of the Government's figures relating to revenue and expenditure in Wales in 1993-94 as yet further attempts to deny to the people of Wales an acceptable basis on which to come to a judgement as to whether they stand to lose or gain by the Opposition's proposals for devolution which would lead to a greater measure of independence and isolation from the rest of the United Kingdom for Wales.
