That this House salutes the efforts of war veteran Ted Maddison to challenge Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council on its policy on the disregard of war disablement pensions; notes the strong support he has received from around the country and from the Royal British Legion; and calls on Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to change its policy as a matter of urgency.
