Debate On The Scott Report

That this House notes the Government's decision to have a debate on the Scott Report on Monday 26th February; notes that this debate is on a Motion for the Adjournment of the House and consequently there will be no opportunity for honourable Members to vote on a Motion relating directly to the Scott Report; believes that this denies the House an opportunity to pass judgement on the Scott Report and the conduct of Ministers referred to therein; and calls on the Government to table a substantive motion on the Scott Report for the House to debate.
