That this House notes the Prime Minister's fondness for quoting members of the Labour Party at Question Time; and accordingly further notes the comments by Mr Daniel Finkelstein, Director of the Conservative Research Department, that the 1988 Budget, presented while the Right honourable Gentleman the Prime Minister was Chief Secretary, was 'nothing short of a complete disgrace', a description with which this House fully concurs.
