That this House considers that the Prime Minister's reference to the selfless bravery of the nation's fire fighters, Official Report, 6th February, column 133, while the Government's policies are resulting in massive shortfalls in fire authority budgets, is a glaring example of the Tory Party practice of saying one thing but doing another.
