leave out from `House' to end and add `notes that the West Kent Health Authority will be taking on the responsibility for family health services, including working with fundholding practices in the coming financial year, and wishes them success; congratulates the fundholding practices in West Kent, already serving over half the population, on the significant improvements that they have achieved in health care for their patients, with more local provision and faster treatment; and looks forward to further refinements of their budgeting and accounting processes which will also highlight their achievements in providing better health value for money.'.
