Gardian Family

That this House believes that the Home Office's threat to expel from the United Kingdom the Gardian family of Llandudno, North Wales, is cruel and inexcusable; notes that the Gardians entered the United Kingdom legally to look after an elderly relative, a Polish ex-serviceman who fought for Britain; notes that they are harding working, and that their son is already a Welsh speaker and was born in Wales; further notes the wide-spread local support for the family; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to exercise compassion and humanity in this unusual case.
