Panorama And The Conduct Of The Saudi Ambassador

That this House is offended by the public threats to the British Government and the British courts issued by the Ambassador of the Royal Dictatorship of Saudi Arabia on the Panorama programme, Death of a Principle; considers that the London mouthpiece of a corrupt dictatorship which has never in its history held an election of any kind and to whom the concept of an independent judiciary is simply unfathomable should have hesitated before using the hospitality of this British democracy to issue such blatant blackmail demands; and considers that the conduct of Ghazi Alghosebi, Saudi Arabian Ambassador to London, is incompatible with is status as a diplomat and demands his withdrawal.
