Dumping Of Nhs Clinical Waste

That this House congratulates the scriptwriter and producer of Kavanagh QC who have shown a far greater concern over the dangers of illegal dumping of severely NHS clinical waste by the agents of some 40 or so NHS trusts than the Secretary of State for Health and his cabinet colleagues.
