at end add `regrets that so few Labour honourable Members have had the courage to criticise their party's own proposals to remove child benefit for 16 to 18 year olds; and further notes that the Liberal Democrats are clearly committed to supporting the retention of child benefit as a universal benefit for all children, including 16 to 18 year olds in full-time education.'.
