at end add `and particularly deplores the compulsory population control programmes operating in that country which have led to infanticide of many girl babies and handicapped children as well as gross violations of the human rights of women through forced abortion and forced sterilisation; and urges Her Majesty's Government to end the use of Taxpayer's money to fund any population control or family planning programmes in China undertaken by organisations such as the International Planned Parenthood Federation and the United Nations Fund for Population Activity.'.
