That this House congratulates Manchester United and its supporters on the unique achievement of obtaining the league and cup double for the second time; applauds the efforts of the players; and especially notes the achievement of Alex Fergerson, whose record as manager of Manchester United and formerly of Aberdeen places him amongst the great figures of British football.
