That this House congratulates the City of Birmingham Parks Department on its Chelsea Flower Show gold medal award for its display of more than 15,000 flowers marking 100 years of motoring; notes this follows a gold medal award last year, bringing to 16 the number of gold medals achieved; andcommends the display to judges of the Britain in Bloom Competition as the City's entry.
