leave out from 'House' to end and add 'welcomes the decisions of the London Committee on Accessible Transport to revise the management and administration of the London concessionary fares and taxicard schemes, following extensive consultation with staff and voluntary organisations, and the emphasis given to increased access by London's pensioners and people with disabilities to all public transport in London and to the provision of a high level of service to all those entitled to assistance with travel in London.'
