CHANNEL 4 PROGRAMME `MAKING A KILLING'

That this House urges the Public Accounts Committee to initiate an immediate inquiry into the evidence brought forth by the Channel 4 Programme 'Making a Killing' on 5th December, demonstrating widespread waste and misallocation of public money in the Government's Over-30-Month Cattle Slaughter Scheme, before the EU Court of Auditors decides to investigate, threatening a crippling financial penalty on the taxpayers of the United Kingdom.
