leave out from `believes' to end and insert `that a new royal yacht combining the finest tradition of British shipbuilding, crewed by the Royal Navy, flying the Royal Standard and deploying a detachment of the Royal Marine Corps, whose reputation for ceremonial is second to none, will represent a unique selling point for the products of British industry, to the ultimate benefit of the nation's economy and the prosperity of all its people.'.
