Killing In South Armagh

That this House wishes to convey to the killer of Lance Bombadier Stephen Restorick of the Royal Horse Artillery that this evil action will serve no purpose in promoting the Republican or any other cause, but will simply promote bitterness and hatred; offers its sincere sympathy to the relatives of Stephen Restorick; and conveys its admiration and respect to the members of the armed forces seeking to preserve security and democracy in Northern Ireland and elsewhere.
